maybe Bedknobs and Broomsticks? It’s from the ’70s… I’m only guessing because that had both live action and cartoon, a flying bed, and a whole underwater thing. haha I don’t know about the owl.

I was looking through old pictures and found some very 90s memories. This one (although it is no longer Halloween) seemed super appropriate haha.
This is Halloween 1999: Liz Parker of Roswell (me), black cat, and Queen Amadala.
(it’s freezing where we live, which is why we’re bundled up so much. I was always angered by the temperature… the extra layers of clothing ruined the costume sometimes! lol).
