The first scene described this old ballroom that hadn't been used since a wedding where the bride ended up hanging herself/her husband hung her from the chandelier on the night of their wedding. The ghost of the bride haunted the ballroom, but there were people who doubted it.
A boy and his older brother decided to check out the ballroom and when they went in there, there was a green glowing woman hanging from the chandelier.
The next scene is the older brother (I think?) in an office and the man behind the desk holds up a head and is like "is this what you thought the ghost was?" or something like that.
Anyway I was too scared to watch the rest of the movie but it's been bugging me ever since that I can't remember what it is and no one seems to know!!

I am not doing well today… I have no idea what this could be either. As a rule, if it scares me, I turn it off and run from the room— so I am not one to ask about creepy Halloween movies. I like suspense & supernatural, but not gore and frightening things. haha…
