Those Were the '90s

17-year-old Britney promoting her first cd on The Rosie O’Donnell Show (1999).  No matter what she does/has done/will do, this will forever be the image I have in my mind of Britney Spears.  If only she had followed Rosie’s advice.  

PS: I could never figure out why she had such an amazing singing voice at the age of 9 (Star Search clip), and such a nasal voice at 17…

  19. my-quarterlifecrisis said: I wish she would have listened to her advice too. When Rosie was on the View (that one year she was co-host) she offered to let Britney come stay with her to get her life together. She should have.
